Shipping and Returns


SHIPPING:

Fees:

Within India – We charge a shipping and handling fee of INR 150 for all orders within India. We offer free shipping for orders above INR 10,000/-

International – You may be subject to import duties that are levied once the package reaches your country. For international orders there is a nominal charge based on the weight of the package and country we need to ship to. You will need to pay customs duty as per the duty applicable to the country the product needs to be shipped to. Customs duty will be at actuals and you will need to pay the customs duty at the time you place the order. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; Juno and Star has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Contact your local customs office for information.

Communication:

You will receive an email from us when:


1. An order is placed - confirmation you have place the order.


2. The order is dispatched from our workshop to your address. You will be able to track your order on the website of the relevant courier company through the tracking code in the second email.


Please ensure someone is there at the given address to receive your order. Delivery will be attempted three times before the shipment is returned to our workshop. There will be additional fees for further delivery attempts. Please note that we will be unable to schedule shipping for orders with incomplete address or wrong telephone number.

Timelines:

Your product is handcrafted for you upon placing an order. Please allow us one week to create your order and an additional 1-7 working days for shipping in India, and 14-21 working days for shipping internationally. We work Monday to Friday (excluding Indian Public Holidays).

As soon as we ship your order, we will send you a notification by email and also share the courier tracking details so you know when to expect it.

Average Courier timelines based on location:
Within India: 3 to 7 working days for the courier to be delivered
International: 10 to 15 working days for the courier to be delivered

RETURNS, EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS:

Cancellations:

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at hello@junoandstar.com.

Return or Exchange:

It is our endeavour to provide you with the best customer service possible hence we permit returns and exchange within 48 hours hours of receiving the package.

Return/Exchange Process:

Please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your product to hello@junoandstar.com. Include your order number, description of the issue and a photo. Make sure to retain the original invoice/tags and allow 1-2 business days for our team to get back to you to tell you the procedure to follow. Once our team shall contact you regarding your replacement/return request and you will be asked to ship the product back to us at the address below:

Clothing sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted.

You can return or replace your products if:

1. Size mismatch
2. Wrong product or incomplete order received
3. Damaged product received

No other requests will be entertained beyond those mentioned above.

In case of a return, you may choose the same item in a different size/colour/fabric or any other item of the same value or more. Your exchange will be confirmed depending on stock availability. You may have to pay a price differential if the item selected for the exchange is more expensive. We will send the product(s) only after receiving the payment. Replacements/returns are to be shipped at the expense of the buyer unless there is a mistake made by us in the order (such as a wrong product or a defect).

The Juno and Star team holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.

Refunds:

We offer refunds only if the item has a manufacturing defect or if the exchange is not possible due to a stock unavailability.

To be eligible for a replacement/return/refund:

1. You must inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the product(s) and return it within 15 days (from receipt date)
2. You must inform us within 24 hours of receipt of the discounted product(s) and return it within 7 days (from the receipt date).
3. The item must be returned along with the original packaging.
4. The labels / tags must be intact.
5. Your item must be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.

Please note that exchanges/returns are not accepted if:

1. The return request is made outside the specified time frame
2. The product has been shipped internationally (outside India).
3. There shall be no refund on discounted product(s)

The Juno and Star team holds the right to not accept returns/refunds in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.

On receipt of the product in its original condition, we will proceed to the exchange or refund the full amount (excluding shipping charges) back to your account within 14 to 21 working days (Depending on our payment partner, this may vary).
